Request a correction or removal
Open the desk, press Start if Telegram prompts you, and send the listing URL with the detail that needs review. When possible, include a public source supporting the correction. A Telegram account is required; no message is sent until you choose to send it.

- For a duplicate: send both listing URLs and explain the business or branch relationship.
- For removal: send the listing URL and explain your relationship to the business. We may need to confirm authority before acting.
Requests are reviewed; sending one does not automatically change a record or verify a company. We do not promise an untested response-time guarantee.
Business owner requests
You can request a factual profile review or removal now. Automated ownership claims and the green-check verification program are not yet open. A message to the desk does not claim your listing or establish licensed, insured or verified status.
Protect private information
Do not send passwords, identity documents, insurance certificates, private customer addresses, payment information or other sensitive evidence through ordinary Telegram chat. No secure credential-upload workflow is active in this release.
