We list roofing companies so homeowners can see the facts behind each one. You don’t pay to be here, and you can’t pay to rank higher. If your business is listed, you can check it and tell us what to fix.
What we list and where it came from
The directory lists 24,623 roofing companies. Most come from a business listing export with each company’s name, phone, website and city. For 1,296 of them, the city and state come from the address on the company’s own website. 2,782 profiles have been checked against the company’s own website so far.
Every profile shows where each fact came from and when. A fact we don’t have yet says “Pending: not yet confirmed” instead of a guess. Read the methodology for the details.
How to claim or correct your listing
- Open the claim form, or use the “Claim or correct” link on your profile.
- Find your business. You’ll see what we list now next to a box for each fix.
- Fill in only what’s wrong or missing, and tell us how to reach you.
- Nothing on your listing changes until a change is confirmed.
Not listed yet? Choose “My business isn’t listed” on the form and tell us about it.
What we never do
- No paid placement. Your spot on a city page is never for sale.
- No paid badges.
- No fake reviews or ratings, and no copied customer reviews.
- The order on a city page is A to Z, not a ranking. Nobody can buy a better position.
- We don’t route or sell homeowner calls. Homeowners contact you directly.
Questions roofers ask
Does a listing cost anything?
No. Listings are free, and being listed or moving up is never for sale.
Why does my profile say a fact is pending?
We don’t have a source for it yet. Use the claim form to fill it in. We check what you send before we publish it.
Can I have my listing removed?
Yes. Use the claim or correct form, find your listing and say in “Anything else that’s wrong” that you’d like it removed. We may need to confirm that you can act for the business first.
When does my page show up in search engines?
A city page opens to search once it lists 5 companies with a source, a phone or website, and at least one service. The profiles in that city open with it. Until then, the page stays on the site but out of search results.
Does claiming my listing add a badge?
No. Claiming lets you correct the facts we show. We don’t sell badges, and our credential checks aren’t open yet.
